10. After 24 hours, your account balance is $1.95 USD

As an alternative If you don't have credit card, you can use VCC ( virtual credit card ). To create VCC, required third-party services in the internet that offer making VCC. By using VCC, Paypal account verification process becomes faster because, the 4-digit code only can be obtained within 5 - 10 minutes through the maker VCC.
